10 simple recommendations for kidney health

FIRST:Consume at least 6-8 glasses of fluid per day. Give up caffeine.You should not drink liquid in large quantities at a time, as this greatly overloads the kidneys (depending on the physiological characteristics and with already known kidney diseases, the norm may be changed).

Too much caffeine leads to dehydration. This causes thirst, which causes a person to take in an excessive amount of fluid, which causes an increased load on the kidneys.

SECOND:Empty your bladder in a timely manner. Excess fluid and waste is fraught with infection

THIRD:Vitamin D is necessary for the proper functioning of the kidneys. Spend at least 15 minutes a day outdoors in the sun, but avoid peak solar activity

FOUR:Control your blood sugar levels. Excess sugar (like salt) retains water in the body, which can cause high blood pressure, metabolic disorders and other problems.

FIFTH:Moderate physical activity is an excellent prevention of diseases of the kidneys and other organs. Walk, do morning exercises.

SIXTH:Keep your diet. A kidney-healthy diet should include calcium-rich foods. Magnesium is also needed for better absorption. Eat whole grains and nuts, dark green vegetables.

SEVENTH: Do not neglect medical examinations.

Some kidney diseases may be asymptomatic. Blood tests will help diagnose diseases in a timely manner.

EIGHTH: Do not abuse painkillers.

Frequent use of Aspirin, Paracetamol and other drugs is dangerous! A doctor's consultation is required.

NINTH: Avoid stress.

There is a direct link between stress and kidney disease. Excessive stress can lead to chronic kidney disease. As a prevention of anxiety and normalization of the nervous system, there are various practices of deep breathing, meditation, yoga, psychological settings.

TENTH:The symptoms of kidney disease are diverse.
